END USER LICENSE AND GENERAL USE AGREEMENT
Vironos,LP © 2020, 2021The Purchaser, Reviewer, Observer, Interpreter, Holder, Possessor and/or any other recipient End-user or Transferee of this electronic Application and/or any algorithms, factors or other elements thereof and/or therein embodied, is granted possession and any subsequent use of this electronic Application, solely and only through Legal Purchase from Vironos, LP (“The Company”) and/or any Seller or Distributor Legally Authorized by The Company to sell and/or distribute this Electronic Application (“App”); and shall hereby and herewith subject to the following Terms, Conditions and Limitations that shall be considered and applied in their entirety to such Possession or Use.

Terms and Conditions of Sale for Any Purchase, Possession and/or Use by Any Means and/or Any and All Use of this Electronic Application (FLTRsim®; "the App”; “This App”; or “App”) and/or Any Algorithms, Factors and/or Screen Arrangement, Design; or Any Proprietary Elements Thereof and/or Embodied Within: The Purchaser, Reviewer, Observer, Interpreter, Holder, Possessor and/or any other recipient End-user or Transferee of this electronic Application and/or any algorithms, factors or other elements thereof and/or therein embodied, who is or may be in possession of this Application, shall hereinafter be referred to as “The End User” or “End User”; and regardless of how, when, where or by what means obtained - electronically or otherwise.

The End User hereby agrees to assume the full, entire, 100% proportion of any and all risks both known and/or unknown; that may subsequently be associated with use of this App for any purpose, rationale or reason and regardless of any End User intent, regardless is such End Use shall have occurred, either knowingly or unknowingly.

Purchaser, Reviewer, Observer, Interpreter and/or any other recipient End-user of this App by Purchase, Review, Observation, Interpretation, Receipt, Transference and/or any other use of This App, shall hold Vironos, LP , it’s Partners, Owners, Executors, Associates, Authors, Developers and/or Assigns thereof – completely and totally blameless, harmless and forever absolved and free of any responsibility for any, every and all outcomes that are, will and/or may result, from either intentional or unintentional use of This App.

The End User of The App for any and all reason and/or intent is assumed by virtue of mere observation, possession, transference and/or use thereof, to be reasonably and sufficiently knowledgeable and sophisticated in the use of such and/or similar Apps, Calculators or similar technical applications, means and methods and shall therefore be and remain wholly responsible and/or liable for use of The App in deriving any outcome, result and/or recommendation resulting from App use, and regardless of original reason or intent of such and/or any End User.

The End User is encouraged to carefully, rationally, thoughtfully, with such reason normally accorded use of such technically contrived electronic Applications or Apps, consider and carefully evaluate all assumptions, facts, factors, rationale and/or elements associated therewith and all other information that is or may be available or otherwise obtained and regarding the circumstances and/or reason for use of The App; and that could, will or may be used to guide and/or inform End User’s possession and/or use of The App – in advance of and prior to Purchase, Review, Observation, Interpretation and/or in advance of any other reason for possession of The App and any use thereof whatsoever. 

The End User shall remain entirely and solely responsible for determining the suitability for any, every and all use of this electronic App and/or any transcription thereof obtained subsequent to Purchase and/or Possession of this electronic App, and regardless of how obtained. Vironos, LP , it’s Partners, Owners, Executors, Associates, Authors, Developers and/or Assigns thereof, make no Warranties for and/or Guarantees of Suitability for any Use of this electronic Application and/or any algorithms, factors or other elements thereof that are or my be embodied within. Vironos, LP , it’s Partners, Owners, Executors, Associates, Authors, Developers and/or Assigns thereof, shall periodically, from time-to time and without prior notice, change and/or modify algorithms, factors and/or arrangements of any proprietary elements thereof and/or embodied within this electronic Application or App. Purchaser and/or any End Users are hereby advised to remain aware of any such changes, as they may be announced or otherwise indicated by Vironos, LP.

A single (1; one; one each; 1 ea) End User License for Use shall only be granted if Purchaser or End User signifies their agreement with all Terms, Conditions and Limitations of Sale and use described and/or inferred above and herein. SPECIAL NOTE: END USER SHALL SIGNIFY THEIR AGREEMENT BY AND WHEN PRESSING THE "BUY NOW" BUTTON, IN THE PRODUCT PURCHASE e-Store.
