  • Vironos, LP and/or the FLTRSim® App does not collect any data used for offering, marketing and selling other products to you. The FLTRSim® App User purchase method account data (credit card information, etc) is used to enable User App purchase. However, the data is not stored within or retained by the App following the purchase transaction.

  • As required by applicable laws and/or regulations the internet website platform hosts may ask you to consent to use of cookies when you first visit Vironos, LP website. For information about how internet website hosts deploy and manage cookies, please refer to the Fluidanalysis.net and any other related or referenced internet host websites.

  • Vironos, LP and App User Data
  • By purchasing and accessing the App, Users specifically consent to collection of personal, financial and/or related transaction data by the Fluidanalysis.net website host and/or App purchase website platforms. In addition, information relating to User App purchase transactions on the App and/or through the App purchase platform host website, may be retained by others. This data may be required to enable purchased products to be accessed and proper records of all transactions to be retained. Users shall not be requested by the FLTRSim® App to provide either User or other person's personal data to Vironos, LP, unless prompted by the FLTRSim® App internet website host or website purchasing platform.

  • Data Transferred to Vironos, LP For FLTRSim® App User Inquiries
  • By contacting Vironos, LP in any way and/or by sending any inquiries regarding the FLTRSim® App, all Users specifically consent to the collection of their App usage data as well as any other data Users may voluntarily provide. Except for enabling the purchase transaction on the FLTRSim® App internet website purchasing platform, the FLTRSim® App does not collect or otherwise acquire, use, retain or otherwise manage User personal data.

  • Personal data acquired by the FLTRSim® App and that may be required to process a purchase transaction shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that specific purpose or those purposes. For more information about Vironos, LP data retention and deletion policies, see the Fluidanalysis.net Privacy&Cookies Policy web page. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section, Vironos, LP may be required by others to retain certain personal data if, and as such retention is necessary for compliance with a specific legal obligation to which Vironos, LP may be subject to or to protect either Vironos, LP's or FLTRSim® App User's vital interests; or vital interests of another natural person or persons.

  • 5. Security of User Personal Data
  • Vironos, LP will take precautions to secure User data and prevent subsequent loss, misuse or alteration of your personal data. Be aware that data relating to financial transactions is sent from your web browser to the FLTRSim® App purchasing platform. Such data will be protected using encryption technology.

  • Users acknowledge that transmission of unencrypted and/or inadequately encrypted data over the internet is inherently insecure and Vironos, LP cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet by others. You should ensure that any password you may use to access the App purchasing platform or the Vironos, LP website is not susceptible to being guessed, whether by a person or a computer program. Users shall remain responsible for keeping confidential all passwords that Users may use to access the Vironos, LP website. Vironos, LP shall require a password when logging into the Vironos, LP website.

  • Vironos, LP may update this policy from time to time by publishing an updated version within the App, or on the Vironos, LP website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you remain aware with and understand any changes to this policy.
  • 7. User Data Management Rights

However, Vironos, LP will only process it: with User consent; to establish, exercise or defense of legal claims; for protection of the rights of another natural or legal person; or for reasons of import to public interest.
  • Users have the right to object to our processing of personal data on grounds relating to a particular situation, but only to the extent that a legal basis for data processing exists and is that processing is necessary for: the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of any official authority vested in Vironos, LP; or the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Vironos, LP or a third party.
  • If Users consider that Vironos, LP’s processing of User financial transaction information infringes on local data protection laws, Users have a right to complain with a supervisory authority responsible for such local data protection. Users may do so in the EU member state of Users habitual residence.
  • The legal basis for Vironos, LP’s processing of User personal financial transaction information is implicitly provided upon App purchase. However, Users have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You may exercise any of your rights in relation to your personal data by advance and prior written notice to Vironos, LP.

  • The Vironos, LP website may include hyperlinks to, and details of, third-party websites. Vironos, LP has no control over and is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or data collection and management practices of any and all such third-parties and/or third-party internet websites.

  • Please let us know if the financial transaction information you require for purchasing the FLTRSim® App requires to be correction and/or revision and/or updating.

The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. The Vironos, LP FLTRSim® App does not use Cookies. However, both the Vironos, LP host website and any other FLTRSim® App purchase platform websites that Users may access, may use cookies.
